WELCOME BACK!! HOMECOMING 2012 IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER!!

I can't believe that we are already back to school or that Homecoming is only about 30 days away...yowza.  There is a lot to do between now and then!!  Classes have each selected a spcific musical for their floats, mock rock and t shirts and this year's homecoming is going to be rockin' with the sound sof ABBA, Footloose, High School Musical, and Grease!!  I believe class colors have been assigned and we are on our way.  Some thoughts as we get started: Homecoming Court nominations will need to be turned in by September 12th, sorry about the rush but we need to vote on Friday of that week in order to allow families time to shop etc.  Teachers will again provide nominations for students to choose from.  Big thanks to the 8th grade teachers who gave us a list of our incoming freshmen last year.  I will provide an update of calendar items later today after our executive officers meet.  Class meetings will be Tuesday 9/4 during 2nd hour.  Let's make Homecoming 2012 the best yet!!
